Patch Notes Pre-Alpha V0.38

Welcome to the latest patch notes for Neon Null! In this update, we've made significant improvements to the game's performance and stability, as well as added new features and content. Here's a breakdown of what's new:
- New:
- Added various bonus effects to each skill constellation when filled out completely.
- Added a new cosmic+ upgrade -- 'Cosmic Wake'.
- Changes:
- Slightly lowered the spawn rate on the turrets in Citadel Null.
- Slightly lowered the health on the turrets in Citadel Null.
- Slightly increased the time between shots on the turrets in Citadel Null.
- Slightly increased the damage done by eliminating turrets in Citadel Null.
- Increased the size of the skill tree tooltips by 25%.
- Polished the pacer triangle's teleport visual effects.
- Drastically increased diver bomb's avoidance logic to hopefully stop them from plowing through enemies while diving.
- Removed the rarity color overlay on mementos.
- Buffed Overclocked CPU to match the price.
- Many data matrix menu improvements.
- Many hangar menu improvements.
- Many game over screen improvements.
- Many skill tree improvements.
- Many skill tree node value adjustments.
- Prestige bar overhaul.
- MANY font adjustments.
- Lowered speed of the mini circle swarm followers when they are running to a leader.
- Cosmic Vacuum optimization.
- Added a pickup sound for cosmic gems.
- Removed the telegraph arrows from rectangles and elite rectangles as they were tacky and unnecessary.
- Increased the lifetime of the circle follower's throw.
- Increased the size of floating health numbers by 15%.
- Added health pickup sound when healed by boss mechanics.
- Changed the cross enemy to between an icy white / very light blue color.
- Adjusted the size of the text in the pause menu.
- Lowered bullet volume just a hair.
- Adjusted act intervals to be not as long.
- Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where continuous damage sources like pentagon's laser move would cause the player to fully die immediately after Comeback Protocol procced.
- Fixed a bug where Comeback Protocol could be used to get outside of the circle's quadrants during that phase.
- Fixed a bug where taking damage immediately after lancing or at the same time as a lance being executed would cause the player's ship to become dark for the rest of the run.
- Fixed a bug where you could refund points in such a way that you could keep skills in higher trees without having to have the required costs in previous trees.
- Fixed a bug where the blue triangle shooter enemy would get incredibly twitchy the longer the game went on.
- Fixed a bug where the system integrity bar would still show up during the rhombus boss fight, stacking on top of its health bar.
- Fixed a bug where the dragon bosses music would start before the actual boss fight, due to the way that we changed boss spawning.
- Fixed a bug where the celestial twins bosses music would start before the actual boss fight, due to the way that we changed boss spawning.
- Fixed a bug where the player could get three choices from Critical Mass by rerolling after picking one.
- Fixed a bug where boosting in to the cosmic titan's portal would cause you to be permanently boosting without using boost for the rest of the game.
